Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Silver 7 Products reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Silver 7 Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Silver 7 Products shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Silver 7 Products, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

A.) If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

B.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.

Sales Tax

Silver 7 Products shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping Fees & Policies

Shipping fees are calculated after your order is packaged in our warehouse, based on different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. Please call us with any special shipping requests or requests for shipping quotes. Due to price fluctuation on electronics Silver 7 Products can not always offer price protection on already shipped products. If you are not sure which shipping option to select (UPS Ground Prepay and Add or LTL - Freight) please call us to discuss your options. For international orders, Silver 7 Products will ship based on available methods or per customer request.

Silver 7 Products will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Silver 7 Products is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Silver 7 Products bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.

Return Policy & Procedures

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card or PayPal account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
